The Thistledown is the role-playing world on which GvE takes place. In many ways, it is a lot like Earth: the sky is blue, the grass is green, and the air contains oxygen. Many of the creatures that you're used to encountering on Earth, you'll encounter on the Thistledown: lions and tigers and bears, oh my! But many things are different, including the continents, the nations, and the odd dragon roaming through the blue sky...
